Kick It Up Fitness offers at home workouts designed to make health and fitness accessible and results driven.
We recommend joining the live classes where your instructor guides you through a session. However, if you have to miss a sweat session, we got your back. A link will be emailed to you and you can get your training session in around your schedule.
Every day a 10 minute workout video will be posted on a private Facebook group. You can do the 10 minute training anytime of day and location that suits you. These sessions are designed to make a daily habit of movement and increase mobility. No equipment is necessary.
Full Body training sessions. The workouts are a mix of boot camp, high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength, core, stability, mobility and aerobic conditioning.
Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Saturday 9am to 9:45am.
Join Jody O'Brien online. We meet using Zoom a link will be sent to you upon registration. You will require a set of dumbbells, yoga mat, resistance loops and inflatable 9 inch pilates ball are handy but not required.
Motion is the lotion and these workouts are all low impact with no equipment necessary.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm to 7:00pm.
Sunday 9am to 9:30am.

Online one on one trainers is designed for those who want personalized advice that can be executed at home or the gym. Our trainer will get you closer to crushing your fitness goals.
