Virtual Personal Training starts with a 15 to 30 minute video call to discuss your goals as well as your training background, nutrition, lifestyle, access to equipment, etc.
Based on your fitness level and goals coach Jody will create a plan that’s specific to you and your life—and together, you’ll work to unlock the results that you want.
Then we have another video call to go over your workout plan. Jody will give you exercises, links to exercise demos and workout logs. Then you are all set, but she will check in with you.
